For the final weekend of the Jerwood/FVU Awards: Hindsight online exhibition host a Do-It-Yourself film screening at home with a live broadcast of the moving-image commissions by artists Guy Oliver and Reman Sadani.

Guy Oliver (b. 1982, London) lives and works in Margate. He graduated from the Royal College of Art (MA Painting) in 2015, and his interdisciplinary practice employs video as well as text, painting, collage and performance. Recent solo exhibitions include And You Thought I Was Bad?, Zabludowicz Collection, London (2018), Live From San Quentin, Random Access Gallery, Syracuse, New York (2018) and Did You Think I’d Leave You Dying?, Chalton Gallery, London (2017). Recent group exhibitions and screenings include Don’t Touch Me, Newcombe House, London (2020), Virtual Cocoons, Specter, online (2020), Culture Caveat, Art Night, London (2020), The Generation of Choice, Gern En Regalia, New York (2018), Rebel Souls, Daata Editions, Art Rio, Rio De Janeiro (2018), Newstalgia! Reman Sadani (b. 1995, Yemen) is a London-based Iraqi artist and a graduate of the Slade School of Fine Art. She is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on film and moving image. Her narratives are often driven by a search for an exit. The physical toll of this constant search manifests in space and performance as the negotiation between the individual and the collective plays out.
